Following the recent financial crisis and the raising risk of terrorism, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision reviewed the regulatory requirements and developed a new strengthened regulation: Basel III (International regulatory framework for banks).
OFFMoneySHORE is the Fiscal Monitoring Module within SADAS’s largest SH_Suite for Regulatory Compliance. The application helps Intermediaries to detect and manage reported transactions and cross-border flows of financial assets exported or held abroad.
